Security posture

Operational security built around tenant boundaries and accountable access.

HexaVox is designed to keep communication workflows clear, scoped, and auditable. That starts with tenant separation, role-based control, verified domains, and a public explanation of how the platform is used.

TI

Tenant isolation

Operational data, domains, API keys, mailbox access, and AI context are designed to stay within the current tenant boundary instead of leaking across workspaces.

RB

Role-based access

HexaVox separates HQ administration from tenant administration and standard tenant users, so setup, provisioning, and workflow changes can be scoped appropriately.

DV

Domain verification

Tenant admins are guided through MX, SPF, DKIM, and related DNS records so message delivery can be authenticated and easier to validate externally.

Access and credentials

Credentials are meant to be operated, not forgotten.

User accounts are role-scoped to the HQ or tenant level. Tenant API keys can be issued and rotated from admin workflows. Mailbox and send-as credentials are exposed only through authenticated setup flows. Email verification can gate account activation for newly created users.
Delivery accountability

Messaging posture is visible and explainable.

HexaVox publishes a dedicated messaging policy and acceptable-use posture. Tenant DNS setup is surfaced directly in onboarding instead of hidden in back-office docs. Communication flows are framed around transactional and operational use cases, not anonymous blast sending. Live application and API endpoints provide a real public product footprint.
What we do not claim

No inflated certification theater.

HexaVox does not rely on vague trust language alone. This page intentionally focuses on operational controls, public policies, role separation, domain setup, and accountable delivery practices that can actually be reviewed and verified.

Tenant admins can be shown the exact DNS records needed for authenticated mail setup, along with verification feedback before activation.

HexaVox is designed around tenant-aware administration, mailbox ownership, API keys, and workflow visibility so workspaces stay clearly scoped.

No. This page describes operating controls and public posture. It does not claim certifications that are not explicitly stated elsewhere.
